Matariki

We are learning all about Matariki and I have made some Matariki Object's. I shall show you my favourite one will be right here.
What did I find interesting: that there is 500 Matariki stars but you can only see seven with your naked eye. Why did I think it was interesting: because I thought that there was only 50 Matariki stars. Was there anything that surprised me in my learning: yes that a kite has to have a weird piece of string to make your kite/manu-tukutuku go the right way but first you have to test the wind this is what it look's like and click on this link to make your own manu-tuktuku. Here's my presentation.  This is my kite and my star.
my third one is my most favourite one

I have one more too

This is my unfinished scratch project click on this link Scratch and if you are a allowed you can make your own! Learning Reflection - What did I do well? my kwl chart because I know a lot of Matariki fact's. What was tricky? my scratch project because I am not at coding What could I do better next time? try and finish it because as you can see I am not finished.

  1. Hi Nico, you chose lots of creative ways to share your Matariki learning. I thought you did a great job on your Scratch animation and your artwork too. What did you enjoy about using Scratch? Which part did you find most tricky?
