I made a awesome slide about Matariki. My favorite part was the 17th slide because I like putting stuff that is not really related to the subject. I struggled a little bit because I couldn't find a subject. What do you think I need to improve on?

WALT: Write a recount to capture my holiday.
My holiday
Getting into Auckland.
For my birthday Mum picked me up at Taipa next to wild nectar. Once Mum and I arrived at home we got ready for tomorrow because Nate, Mum and I were going to Auckland! Firstly, when we got home I asked mum, “I thought that we were going to Auckland today?” Mum replied, “Nah we’re going tomorrow.” Once Nate, Mum and I got into Auckland I was as excited as a monkey that has just got 50 bunches of bananas. Instead of staying in a 5 star hotel we stayed at my friend's 5 star house for the whole of the time in Auckland. Once we got there I waited for my other friend Jacob to get home so I just watched videos on my mum's phone. Around 6:00 my friend finally made it home. Jacob and I played on each other's phone. The game we played was called Pixel gun 3D and I friended him on the game so we played together until bed.
Having fun in Auckland
In the morning Mum, Sam, Jacob, Coralle, Brooklyn, Nate and I got ready to go to Rainbow's end. I exclaimed, ”I’m so excited!” Before that we had to pick up my other friends Jasaia and Kingston then we went to the mall next to Rainbows end to get some breakfast. Finally we got to Rainbow's end. The rides that we went on were the log flume, The roller coaster which made me feel as sick as someone with covid 19. Lastly, was called family kart.
An awesome dinner
For dinner Jacob, Sam, Coralle, Mum, Nate, Brooklyn And I had ok dinner at sky city. The reason why I put in ok was because the garlic bread had no garlic on it. It was as tasteless as a fish with no lemon. For pudding I had some ice cream, mini marshmallows, hot fudge and a weird donut with an apple in the middle. The last dinner we had was KFC. Mum asked me, “What do you want from KFC?” I replied, “a Zinger burger please” Mum answered, “Oh… only the adults are getting burgers.” I moaned, “ (sigh) fine!”
